Hi Saad - I've split your query out of the previous post as it has no connection.Can you look on your hard drive for the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp
and look for an IEE sub folder?
Note that is ProgramData and not Program Files.Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I couldn't find IEE data in the program data. How do I get that application?

Hi Saad - you have an incomplete installation of the software. As I am unsure what hasn't been installed, I recommend you work through this document to uninstall the components you have installed, then install again from scratch. Note that you do NOT have to uninstall Crystal Reports and you do NOT have to carry out step 3.Once uninstalled, you will find links at the bottom of the document to download and installation instructions. When downloading ensure you have all three of the files that are listed, and when installing, ensure you are logged onto your computer as an administrator, with UAC turned off, and that you install the three components in the order shown.Please let me know how you get on.Regards,
