I have a project which is utilising heat interface units for heating and domestic hot water. how can HIU be input to netsys system. Heating side of unit uses different temperature difference from domestic hot water side. Also as you work back through heating system proportionally less of domestic hot water heat load is taken back as total load. As an example if 2 units are connected together only 0.6194 of domestic hot water heat load is allowed for + heat load of radiators. If 27 units are connected together only 0.1453 of domestic hot water heat load is allowed for + heat load of radiators.
Hi Simon - the system doesn't allow for HIU's. Depending on the use - for example the HIU at the start of the schematic - the system marker should be considered the HIU. If you had multiple HIU's spread through the schematic, then you would have to split your schematic and use a system marker in place of the HIU.Regards,
