I was working on a Netsys project (gas) for a few days without any problem. However, the other day I can't access it anymore. First of all I was asked to log in and once logged in, I can't access the projects. I can see them on the project explorer (windows path/file) and click the project folder but the 'tick' mark to open the project is grayed out. Anyone else had similar issues?
Hi Noamson,
Could you please send me the project folder so I can test this here? Please upload to this link.

Hi Shane,
I've zipped the folder and uploaded it.
Thank you
Thanks Noamson, there seems to be a lot of different folders within the zip file. Were these all separate projects? Which is the relevant one?
The main folder called UPS EMA Contract was the working project. Within that I could go to different section i.e. BCWS or Complex A etc.
Are you able to open any one of them?
FYI, the BCWS is for cold water, each complex has its own hot water ones and the general one has the gas.
Thanks for clarifying. There does not seem to be any complete project folders here. A gas project, for instance, should contain all of the following files within the project folder:
Hevacomp does not have the capacity to delete any files or folders so I am unsure as to how this came about. Were the projects saved on a server or similar?
