Hevacomp crashing

Hi,

For some reason, my Hevacomp crashes everytime I'm trying to obtain the CIBSE gain results.

It works ok till I hit the Results tab.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jose

  • Hi Shane

It’s all projects – On initially running reports for a project (either for the first time ever or running for the first time at a later date) it will produce the reports OK. Any subsequent report running will cause the prog to crash.

  • It may be struggling to overwrite the existing files in the project folder perhaps - could you please test by running the software as administrator (i.e. right-click on the shortcut and select Run As Admin). Please also disable User account control.
