Hi,
For some reason, my Hevacomp crashes everytime I'm trying to obtain the CIBSE gain results.
It works ok till I hit the Results tab.
Any ideas?

No, nothing. The software just crashes and closes down.
Ok. Before we look into any other potential issues, can we first check the full version number of your software? This can be found on the opening menu

It's V8i SS1 SP6.1 (V81 SS1 CP3 (06/16))
6.1 was an interim version, and we should update to ensure that isn't causing the issue.Follow the directions here to update to the latest version, then try running a couple of test runs.Also note that project navigation for the Windows Path/File method has changed. This document explains the changes.

I've uopdated to the latest version but it's still crashing on running the reports.
