You have switched the project to Room Data mode. There is usually no need to do this as all Room data can be modified from the Rooms menu in CAD Input.

Please see this document for more information. There are also details of how you may revert your project back to CAD Input, though you should be wary if you have made too many changes. Ensure you back up your project before making any changes.
