Hi,
We have a scheme on site with a sub-main sized and selected using Hevacomp.
The contractor has reported that the measured Zs value of the circuit is greater than the Manufacturer's maximum Zs value for the MCCB at 0.28ohms.
The calculated Zs in Hevacomp is 0.334ohms and has not been identified as a failure.
We have solutions to overcome the issue but are surprised that it has not be identified by the software. I'd hate to have other issues to resolve like this on future schemes.
Details attached.
Any comments / ideas?
Thanks in anticipation

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the quick response.
Can you advise on how up to date the manufacturers information is that you have for Schneider MCCB breakers within the Hevacomp software and how I can check whether we have the latest within our installed software.
Thanks
I'm unable to provide an exact date but the Schneider data MCCB hasn't been updated for quite a while. Some Schneider data was updated in Content Packs 1 and 2. the current is Content Pack 3. You can check your version from the main menu. Below is what a fully up to date install would show.
