Hi Stuart,

Hevacomp is not supported for Cloud based installations so you will just need to install locally on each machine. You will not need to do anything different in relation to licensing - just enter the activation key as per normal.

There should be no issue accessing projects that are saved on the cloud based drives as long as they are mapped and full permissions are present.

Hi Shane,

Very thing is working with Hevacomp at the moment but we are changing to a cloud system and will not have servers. Is the license on our server at the moment or based over the internet? I just want to anticipate any problems that we may get changing to a cloud system.

Is this in relation to running Hevacomp projects? If so please note that you can continue to use Hevacomp without logging onto Connection Client, as Hevacomp is not Connect Edition software. As long as Hevacomp itself is installed locally you should be able to open Hevacomp and navigate to the Cloud location as with a normal project.

Are you getting any errors running Hevacomp itself, or is it just the above Connection Client warning?

I am not IT, but I gather that we have recently moved from a server to cloud based storage, I have tried logging in and end up going in circles.

Gary Marsh is from our IT and I have coppied him in.
