I HAVE A DUCT PASSING VIA RISER FROM L1 TO L6 AT AN ANGLE OF 45 DEGREE OR SAY NOT IN A 90 DEGREE VERTICAL WAY. PLEASE COULD YOU BE SO KIND TO DEMONSTRATE HOW THIS CAN BE MODELED.

You would firstly need a good grasp of how to add floor change connectors to connect up each floor in turn - please find the recommended workflow for these in this article.
The only difference would be that you would not place the second point of the riser directly above the first point. You would just need to work out the geometry needed to achieve the required angle.
I will try to demonstrate this in a video, more info to follow.
