After my lunch this afternoon, I opened up System Builder and loaded my project that I was working on this morning and selected floor 4 of my building. The ductwork appeared for a split second then it vanished. After further investigation thinking this was just a visual glitch, it appears that the ductwork has been deleted out of the project (along with all the other services). The systems on the other floors do not work now as everything was connected up through floor connectors. The room outlines and room data are all still there, however all of the services are gone. I tried closing down the programme and reopening it but Hevacomp has automatically saved after the services were deleted so I cannot revert back to my pre-lunch project. This is highly worrying as I have just lost weeks worth of work in a matter of seconds.
I made a back-up of this project on Friday, so is there a way I can copy all of the information for the 4th floor from this back-up and copy it into the project where all of the services have been deleted? I hope this is possible as I don't have the time to re do all of the work that has mysteriously vanished.

This sounds very unusual, I have never come across this behaviour before. I can take a look at the project for you to see if anything can be restored, however I should mention once data has gone from a project it is very rare that it can be recovered. On your second point;I'm afraid there is no functionality to allow for copying parts of another project into this one. If you could please upload the project folder to this link I will investigate.

Hi Jamie, I can only suspect that this may have been an issue with the data failing to successfully save to a server location, if data connection was interrupted (eg server rebooted) or if someone else tried to access the files at that time. Are the files saved locally or on a server?
All of the files for this project are saved on a server.
Hi Jamie, despite my best efforts, recovering this data is not possible. I can only suggest reverting to a back-up project in this instance. As mentioned, I suspect that this is related to your machines connection to your server, so you may want to check if it was updated/rebooted/similar around the time of the crash.
