70 degC cable operating temperature

Question

Hi, 
 Is there a way in Hevacomp Connect to limit the operating temperature of a 90degC cable to 70 degC? 
 Or is the only solution to substitute for a cable that has a maximum operating temperature of 70 degC from one that can run to 90 degC 
 I think this problem has been raised before but a year or two ago,

 I do not believe there have been any changes in the software in regard to this, so yes I would deem your suggestion above to be the most appropriate workaround.

Funny, just looking at this myself now whilst checking a calculation done by others. You would think after all this time Hevacomp would have a setting to limit the maximum cable temperature to say 50&deg;C and where one fixes a cable and flag it up if it is above this temprature. Not used the program for perhaps around 18 years now, using another well known one instead. At the very least one would hope that cable tables would be included that are based on a maximum operating temperature of say 60&deg;C, such tables do exist and at least provide you with a appropriate size cable to limit the temprature. Personally my rough rule of thumb for sub-mains has always been go two sizes up, not all will agree with this but when using XLPE cables this will get you in the right ball park for wat you are trying to achieve. Digressing slightly I had been checking calculations for years I received from the Middle East, rather a crude format of many, many pages for each cable but the operating temperature of the cable was in the calculation, if they can do it then one would hope a company the size of Bentley could do it.
