I been unable to use the Hevacomp software due to an error message as attached below.
Does anyone know the solution required in order to resolve the problem above?

Hi David,
The server update has most likely changed you user permissions. Please refer to this Wiki for information on the locations that you need permissions to be checked. you will likely need to involve your IT Dept.

It was working previously. But we recently had a server update and since then this error message has popped up.
Was the software working previously, or has it been like this since installing?
