Does the same occur in Internet Explorer and Chrome? I'm not sure why the URL listed is so long, it should simply appear as below:
Could you please try manually typing in the same into your browser?
If that doesn't work then it may be your browser settings - please ensure the three steps as detailed in this article.
Typing in the address has the same effect. Blank screen.
I have disabled any pop up blocker.
Same results with IE.
Just send me a direct link so I can download it, and fix the issue with the downloader later.
