Could you please advise the procedure for adding a CWS supply tank to the system as the information in the manual is not clear to me. It appears to indicate that a cold water supply main can be run to the tank and then a tank fed supply from it. Does this require two separate system markers, one supplying the tank and one leaving.
Can you also confirm the arrangement for the HWS tank.
Thank You
You do not need to enter storage tanks in Netsys, and there is no functionality to do so. The System marker holds all such information, such as tank height as below:
If however, you wish to add a feed for your HWS into your CWS project, then you can do so as detailed in this article.

Hi Christopher,
Many thanks for clarifying, we get so few queries about that function I forget its even in the software at times! No, the intention would not be to have two system markers, instead you would just draw the mains feed to the tank, and then the CWS pipework serving your outlets coming from the tank.
Just be careful in relation to the height of the tank, and the risers to it. You will need to adjust your pipework height so you do not have riser A going to the tank, and riser B going from the tank, traced on top of each other. I have recorded an example of how to do so here.
