Unable to access utilities

Question

Hi there, 
 
 I'm trying to access new types of glazing for a project, however when i try to access utilities I get runtime error -6. It happens on multiple projects. 
 
 Any chance someone has encountered a similar issue?

Hi Klaudia, 
 This would mean that a value within the data in Utilities is outside of an expected range. The easiest way to resolve would be to fully reinstall the software. For details on how to do so please see this article.
