Please could you be able to help me with below. I have fixed the duct size as below, however on layout the width is shown as height and height as width. How do I amend this? Thanks

Is that particular horizontal section part of a longer section that includes vertical risers? If so and you have fixed the riser differently it could be affecting this section as it tries to maintain the correct orientation. If that doesn't help I will need to see the project. To answer your question, yes it has vertical risers/floor change connection. If you have a look at isometric view with duct section you will find duct sections on vertical riser which cant be fixed and i believe that causes change in orientation. Could you have a look at it . for your reference section 12 on supply cant be fixed

I believe the software is transposing the Height\Width in order to match with the fixed duct of Section 7. Here is a sketch to try and show what your original fix would result in. Is this what you want the system to be like which would require a very specific transformation piece?
Please note that I exaggerated the dimensions in the sketch to make it clearer.
With regard fixing rising sections you have to set your duct height before fixing to just above the mid point height of the rising duct. You can find more information here.
