Suddenly get this message after using full CAD Input on this project for a few days. The Hevacom Project Explorer confirms my project details comprising existing data of 37 rooms but can not open the project. I can see the data on the network server directory? If I try to navigate to the data from within Hevacomp via Windows path method it says no room data etc. and no database which conflicts with the confirmed project details using Project Explorer? The data resides on a network server and I can see the JETDDB.MDB file can anybody help me connect to the database or have I got to start all over?
Hi again Shane - I copied the project file to my C drive and navigated to the project file 4001_12>General>General>Hevacomp DDB but the same result as previous. When I navigated to Hevacomp DBB folder the Design Database project window identified the project but says number of rooms 0? when I try to open the project from Hevacomp Project Explorer it identifies number of rooms as 37? It looks like the database does not exist anymore?
Hi Alan, thanks for the info. To locate the new folder just use Window/path file to Browse to it, and then select the project folder:

Ok I will give it a go - thanks again.
Hi Shane – thanks for prompt reply and suggestions but there have not been any IT changes or a Windows update.
I was using full CAD input to set a roof on a plan of 37 rooms when the software crashed out. Since then I keep on getting this:
I can copy the project folder to my C drive but how do I point Hevacomp to the new file path?
Kind regards
Alan
