When using Hevacomp Connect I get 'Failed to open graphics server' error message when I click on discrimination report.
Hi, it sounds like you have a component missing or not registered in Windows. What version are you running? You can get this from the bottom of the main Hevacomp menu.

Hi, always been the case. We have just got rid of Amtech so now its a bigger problem.
Hi James, thanks for clarifying. In that case please reinstall the software as specified here. Ensure to disable UAC beforehand, and to run each part as Admin (right click > run as administrator), where applicable.
