Hi Jonathan, yes the Program Data folder is often hidden - I assume you initially placed the files into the Program Files (x86) folder instead by mistake. Glad to hear all is working now.

Its OK I've sorted it now. The devices file wasn't showing in explorer.

Hi Jonathan, could you please reply with a screenshot showing the folder you have placed the items into?

This has not resolved the issue. Bentley was shown in the ProgramData (x84) file not the ProgramData

Please unzip the folder and then paste the files into the location:

C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp\Devices
