Hourly heat gain calculation across a full hear?

Question

Can somebody point me in the direction (by way of describing or screenshots) how I can view my simple heat gain calculations, for every hour across an entire year? 
 I'd like to data drop these full results into Excel.

Hi Graeme, 
 For the Steady state calculations (i.e. those in Design Database) the MAXI Gain calculation can be used to run heat gain results for one day of each month. CIBSE Gain can then be used thereafter to focus in-depth on days in that particular month. 
 
 Should you need annual data, then annual simulations would be needed. Simulator must be used for this. 
 
 Specifically, the Heat Gain design year or the Frequency simulation ( info here ) would provide what you need. Please note a detailed description of each can be found in the manuals, ( see here ):
