I have created a slab roof (Low insulation) for one of the projects, my client what’s to see a report for a heat load that includes the roof calculation of heat gain/loss, How can I get?

Hello,
To clarify - is the issue that the roof surface is not appearing in your results? If so you will not have set it up. Roofs must be set up once drawn. Please see the relevant section of the manual:
