Hello,
Trying to use the Heating Module in System Builder and have set up Radiators and Defaults.
However, whenever I select a Room and go to place a Radiator, I keep getting the above error message pop up and everything crashes out back to the Main Launcher Window.
Has anyone encountered anything like this before?
I am running V8i SS1 SP10 (V8i SS1 CP3 (06/16)) on Windows 10.

Hi Michael,
This may be due to the underlying radiator data - if you could please forward details of what radiators you are trying to enter I should be able to examine this for you. Could you reply with a screenshot of your selected radiator types please?

Many thanks for brining this to our attention, there seems to be some issues with the underlying radiator data. I am investigating this further to see if it can be resolved, but this may take some time. Do other radiators work OK for you? If so and if there are any similar radiators that meet your requirements you may wish to use these in the meantime.

I will try and use radiators by a different manufacturer and see if that resolves.
Ideally need to use this type as they have been specified by the client.
