Hi Shane,

We need a time scale on being able to produce PartL outputs and XMLs from OpenBuildings. We should have sent this EPC Friday 18^th September and I have another EPC which is due out over the next week.

Hi Stuart, yes, I have been inspecting the project files thank you for sending them over. I can confirm that an SBEM update is the cause of this issue.

There is usually a grace window for such updates however this has not been provided by BRE on this occasion. This is very unfortunate as it has directly coincided with the transition of Hevacomp to OpenBuildings.

As you should have seen in the email that was sent out (image of which is below) there are no further updates possible for Hevacomp, so we are working on a route for users to obtain their PartL outputs and XMLs from OpenBuildings, via the Hevacomp Import option.

We are aware of the urgency of this matter to our users and are doing everything possible to expedite this.

Have a look at the EPCgen log. it looks like the EPCgen log is the wrong one v5.6.a.1 should be v5.6.b.
