Hi, Hevacomp is not producing a new xml file since I move to the latest copy of the software. I have check link from the forum insurance details, address, assessor details etc.. but it still does not produce a xml file.
Hi Stuart, yes, I have been inspecting the project files thank you for sending them over. I can confirm that an SBEM update is the cause of this issue.
There is usually a grace window for such updates however this has not been provided by BRE on this occasion. This is very unfortunate as it has directly coincided with the transition of Hevacomp to OpenBuildings. As you should have seen in the email that was sent out (image of which is below) there are no further updates possible for Hevacomp, so we are working on a route for users to obtain their PartL outputs and XMLs from OpenBuildings, via the Hevacomp Import option.
We are aware of the urgency of this matter to our users and are doing everything possible to expedite this.

Many thanks for your patience with this issue, I have requested clarification on this from Product Management and I have also made them aware of the urgency of the matter. I am currently awaiting a response and will let you know as soon as possible.
