I have recently installed SP10 update to Hevacomp however when I try to open a existing Netsys hot or cold water program a run time error 53 occurs, also when trying to create a new hot or cold water sizing file a run time 53 error occurs.
I can open existing gas and ductwork sizing programs but cannot create new projects.
The mechanical designer appears to operate correctly and I can create a new project.
It appears to be just the hot and cold water sizing programs that have the issue.

Are all three of the below listed in your Control Panel > programs?
If so, you will have installed in an incorrect order. Please:
1. Uninstall Update 10
2. Uninstall Content Pack
and then in this exact order (please right click to install as Admin, where available):
1. Install Update 10 - hcomp26060012en_updt10
then,
2. Install Content Pack. - hcomp26060400en_updt3
