For any other users coming across this issue; we found that this was due to a simple text issue, for rooms with the Room Type of: Circulation(private).

Our developers have addressed this and will be resolved in the next OpenBuildings release.

For now, to resolve, please simply change the room type from Circulation(private) to the nearest equivalent, eg:

The project should then import fine.

Hi Adam,

I had this problem today.

Try saving the .DGN file in a different location then try importing again,

For me I had to save the .DGN model I was importing to, to my desktop first then import the model.
