Good afternoon,
Please see the attached cleaned up DXF file, together with the corresponding error message.
When I attempt to import this DXF into Hevacomp to do some pipe sizing calculations, the software flags up a run time '13 error.
Does anyone know what the issue could be and how to resolve it?

Hi Alex, the most likely cause of this will be if the DXF is using Xref's or external referenced drawings. Please ensure the entirety of the DXF contents are within the file itself.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. There are no XRefs loaded into the file (see below).
Have you got any other ideas with regards to what the problem might be, and how to resolve it?
Hi Alex,
We would need to examine the DXF to be certain - could you please log a Hevacomp Service Request using the Service Request Manager and attach the file in question?
