Hi Mausam,

This would generally mean that the related graphics component could not install due to your windows settings. Could you please:

1. Ensure you are logged on as Full Admin with UAC disabled

2. Close Hevacomp completely

3. Using Windows Explorer, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp

4. Here you should find an application called reg.bat - please run this by right clicking on it and selecting Run As Administrator.

Please then right click on the Hevacomp shortcut and select Run As Administrator to start the software, and see if the error persists.

It's this pop up, eventually goes away but won't let me change.

Thank you for the reply and the links.

I had another issue with an error message regarding graphic problem. It keeps popping up every time I try to move mccb settings. Is there a fix for this? I remember seeing other threads about it and think they said it was problem with windows not Hevacomp?
