My software appeared to crash yesterday afternoon after freezing up whilst carrying out global changes on building fabric. After restarting the programme, I have been unable to open the file I was using in Design database. If I highlight the relevant file, it will show the correct amount of rooms, but when open it, it just doesn't appear on the screen and no error message is shown.
If then I locate the file again, when I highlight it, it shows zero rooms. If I try to open it, I receive a message saying that a user is already accessing the file.
If I restart my computer and go back in to Hevacomp, then it will shown the correct amount of rooms again as if it had been open on my computer, although not visible. A colleague has also tried to access the same file from another computer and has the same issue.

Thanks Shane, have just uploaded it.
Hi Will, I have reproduced what you describe here. While we will continue to investigate this for you, as a heads up in such instances we often find that in the end such projects are irrecoverable unfortunately. If you do not have any backups to revert to I checked importing into OpenBuildings Energy Simulator and that seems to be more successful if you wished to try that route, eg:
