I just want to check what the Fixed Air loss is considering when running a Heat Loss calculation in Load Calcs.
Fixed air @ 17C enters a room with 21C set point at 40.5 L/s.
(40.5 x 1.23 x 4) = 199W fixed air loss
However my room calc is coming out at 348W.
Could anyone let me know what other things are considered in this Fixed Air loss?

FYI - I am only looking at the zoned areas on the 3rd floor - so have just included two floors below and set them at same temps so no heat losses.

I also wanted to query the infiltration loss.
Again this comes out slightly higher then when calculating by hand.
Same room - 27m2 at 2.8m room height - 0.5 ACH infiltration rate @ -3C external temp:
(27x2.8) x 0.5 = 37.8 m3/h
37.8 / 3600 = 0.0105 m3/s
0.0105 x 1.23 x 24 = 310W
Heat Loss calculation comes out as 341W
Any ideas where the additional loss is coming from?
