Hi there,
I've been using Hevacomp for only a month. My colleagues showed me that external walls are normally marked in blue colour (thick line), whereas the partition with a thinner blu line, and the rooms get yellow when hovering the mouse over them. The model I'm working on only shows black thin lines on a white background. Also, when I add a room next to an existing room, the existing room doesn't update the partition wall but keep it as an external wall. I think the problem is linked to the one above.

Would you be able to reply with a screenshot of the surfaces in question by any chance? Alternatively if you would rather this be kept confidential I can log a Service Request to do so.

This will be because you have converted your CAD model to Room Data mode. These modes are not interoperable and entering Room Data model limits the functionality of the CAD model. Please refer to guidance here.
