Design Database doesn't load after selecting a folder

Question

After having loaded Hevacomp with Admin privileges - 
 
 Selecting Design Database - 
 
 After Selecting a folder the project explorer, shown above, minimizes as expected but nothing else happens. 
 The following page doesn't load, I don't receive an error and the DDB process can be seen to be running in the task manager - 
 
 I have re-installed Hevacomp since this and still end up with the same result. 
 Any ideas on how to move forward?

 Thanks for the images - I can see from the version number that the software has not been installed correctly: 
 
 This should be:

The Hevacomp install consists of 3 parts that must be installed in the correct order . 
 Please uninstall all parts of Hevacomp and follow the steps shown here .
