I am having issue with Hevacomp installation/launching on my PC. For your reference below is my PC built. Please could you confirm if the PC is compatible and clarify what could be the issue and suggest a step wise guide to the latest Hevacomp Software installation Including add-ons for report generation.

Hi, this issue is due to insufficient Windows permissions. I cannot be certain if this has allowed the software install to completely, however could you try right-clicking on the shortcut and selecting Run As Administrator?
Also a secondary issue is that from the image of the Hevacomp shortcut you appear to be installing a very old version - what is the filename of the installer you are trying to install?

This has been run as system administrator by my IT helpdesk. However the issue still persists. The version is as below; is this the latest?

Thanks for the details, that appears to just be an old update, not the actual installer. Also I can confirm it is quite old at this stage.
