&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the details, that appears to just be an old update, not the actual installer. Also I can confirm it is quite old at this stage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This has been run as system administrator by my IT helpdesk. However the issue still persists. The version is as below; is this the&amp;nbsp; latest?&lt;/p&gt;

I cannot be certain if this has allowed the software install to completely, however could you try right-clicking on the shortcut and selecting Run As Administrator?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also a secondary issue is that from the image of the Hevacomp shortcut you appear to be installing a very old version - what is the filename of the installer you are trying to install?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
