Thanks for the details, that appears to just be an old update, not the actual installer. Also I can confirm it is quite old at this stage.

This has been run as system administrator by my IT helpdesk. However the issue still persists. The version is as below; is this the latest?

Hi, this issue is due to insufficient Windows permissions. I cannot be certain if this has allowed the software install to completely, however could you try right-clicking on the shortcut and selecting Run As Administrator?

Also a secondary issue is that from the image of the Hevacomp shortcut you appear to be installing a very old version - what is the filename of the installer you are trying to install?
