I have logged into the share file log in and accessed the dashboard however the files do not appear to be there.

Hi Steve,

Yes you can continue to use Netsys, with pipe and duct sizing scheduled for completion in OpenBuildings in update 10. The details at the below announcement should help to clarify:

Specifically:

Netsys Pipe and Duct sizing

Pipe and Duct sizing will be available in OpenBuildings Designer as part of your OpenBuildings license, and is scheduled for completion in Update 10. This has very similar workflows to Netsys, with single line tracing and connecting to outlets/inlets, and additionally, the ability to promote 3D.

Note Duct Sizing is already available in OpenBuildings Designer, with US fittings only at this time. When UK fittings are available and pipe sizing is completed, further training resources will be available to aid transition

Can we use the open buildings software for pipe and duct sizing or do still need to use V8i

Hi Steve, yes that is correct, it is no longer available on the download site, however should you require the installation files please log a Service Request here and we would be happy to provide you with them.

(Note that if you have previously installed on the machine in question you may actually have the files already - should you need to search for them they are named as below).
