Already raised a service case, but not getting much luck.

Should we remove the old version first??
Also please advise if we need a new activation key etc.

Thanks, so install the latest you would have to uninstall all the previous remnants of the software and then install the new one. Please follow the installation procedure here. And you should be able to continue with Hevacomp with your existing license
