Installation files for Hevacomp

Hi All, 
 
 Please can I get help with obtaining Hevacomp installation files. 
 Already raised a service case, but not getting much luck.

 Thanks, so install the latest you would have to uninstall all the previous remnants of the software and then install the new one. Please follow the installation procedure here . And you should be able to continue with Hevacomp with your existing license
