Run-time Error '13': Type Mismatch when starting new project

Hi, 
 
 I have tried to put my hevacomp on new laptop and had message 
 Run-time Error '13': Type Mismatch when trying to import dxf file? Tried on many multiple files so unsure if it's installation problem? 
 
 Any idea why?

HI Joanna, 
 It is unlikely that this would be an installation issue, I would suspect something in the drawing files along the lines of the below: 
 DXF Import Issues - Drawing is too large error - Hevacomp Wiki - Hevacomp - Bentley Communities 
 Would you be able to send one of them over so I can check it here? If you could please log a Service Request here and attach it I will take a look.
