HI Shane)The error occurs after drawing the room. if it is done in less, there will be no errors

So the first thing I notice is that you are using System Builder - I would advise against this. This has not been supported for quite some time.

Are you looking to do a building model for heat gains/losses etc? If so, Design Database is what you need.
