 I&amp;#39;m trying to install Hevacomp onto my laptop (Win7 64bit) from our companies server license. I have copied all of the files locally so that I can run the install and setup sequence, but I&amp;#39;m getting errors when trying to run HevaBanner.exe

There is a complete installation process that is required. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I suspect by the information provided that you haven&amp;#39;t installed the prerequisite components - these are vital to enable the software to function.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First of all, you should refer to this document:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are attempting to setup a client installation then you do not need to run the server setup, but the installation of the prerequisite components is vital on either a client only or a server/client installation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assuming that this is all in place, and you are attempting a server/client installation of the software then once the prereq&amp;#39;s are in place you should navigate to the installation folder on the server machine and run the server setup from the server.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If this is still causing problems under these circumstances, then it is likely that the software hasn&amp;#39;t been patched to the latest update.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You should then refer to this document:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://communities.bentley.com/products/building/performance/m/building_performance_gallery/171821/download.aspx"&gt;http://communities.bentley.com/products/building/performance/m/building_performance_gallery/171821/download.aspx&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would much prefer to deal with this through a ticket, if that is possible?&amp;nbsp; If you log onto the Bentley Web site you can quickly locate the ticket manager and create a query through that. This will help keep track of this issue as in all fairness, the forum is not looked at frequently.
