Overview

As part of the Bentley Hevacomp software installation, an activation code will be required. In most instances, this will be a Hosted license. This document will help locate this activation code. If the software is licensed via a deployed license, information will have been previously dispatched.

Method

To access a Hosted activation code you will first of all need to log onto the Bentley web site: www.bentley.com

A log in with administrator privileges is required to retrieve activation codes

If you do not have Bentley Website administrator privileges you can ask your Bentley Website
administrator to grant these access rights to your account if appropriate.

On the Bentley Systems website select the Support option in the top right corner of the screen.

Scroll down and select Go To Enterprise Portal:

This will access the Select Server portal. From the My Support section of the page, select the "License Management" option.

Now select the site that you are activating. This should be chosen carefully. If a company has multiple sites, these may have separate activations keys. Once the site is chose, click onto submit.

On the final page, click View to see the Hosted activation key.
