After running a new installation of Bentley Hevacomp V26.06, a Run time error 76 occurs when attempting to launch Connect and Netsys, and either a Run Time Error 53 or Run Time Error 76 when trying to run Design Database calculations.
Bentley Hevacomp V26.06 is now a three-part installation - the first part installs the run time components (software and ancillary required objects), the second updates the initial installation, and the third part installs the Content package.
If these are installed in the wrong order, or one of the three is missing, then this error will occur.
Please uninstall all mentions of Hevacomp v26, then you will need to install all three parts in the order specified in the installation instructions, here.
