Introduction

NOTES: This is applicable to NEW installations of V26.06 only.
  
 You do NOT need to un-install anything to resolve this issue

After running a new installation of Bentley Hevacomp V26.06, a Run time error 76 occurs when attempting to launch Connect and Netsys, and either a Run Time Error 53 or Run Time Error 76 when trying to run Design Database calculations.

Method

Bentley Hevacomp V26.06 is now a three-part installation - the first part installs the run time components (software and ancillary required objects), the second updates the initial installation, and the third part installs the Content package.

If the Content package is not installed then the software will not be able to locate data files that it requires. You will need to install the Content package to allow your software to run.

As you can see at the bottom of the document, when the main design software is selected, Content is also selected. You only need to download the Content package.

Once downloaded, the Content package should be installed by running the content installer:

Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
