When creating a CAD input model in Design Database projects, you need to specify an angle to south for the project. This is specified as the clockwise angle in degrees between a line draw vertically downwards through the drawing to the south.
In this example, South is specified towards the lower left of the drawing. When a line is drawn vertically downwards through the drawing, the angle to south to be calculated would be 45˚.
In the following example, South is to the top right of the drawing. When a line is drawn through vertical in the drawing and the angle considered, it would generate an angle to south of 225˚.
