When viewing or printing reports in the Connect program, the main body of the report appears blank, but the headers and footers are extant.
This issue can occur when a user log in to your system has not been given sufficient access rights to the installation folder for Bentley Hevacomp V8i. To resolve this, the user account must be given full permissions into this folder.
With 32bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Heva25\
With 64bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Heva25\
Please check the Bentley Hevacomp launch icon for the location of Heva25
Setting user permissions is an advanced technique. It advisable to consult with your technical support team for assistance.
