When viewing or printing reports in the Connect program, the main body of the report appears blank, but the headers and footers are extant.
This issue can occur when a Windows user account log in has not been given sufficient access rights to the installation folder for Bentley Hevacomp V8i. To resolve this, the user account must be given full permissions into this folder.
