There is a facility to add your company logo or other graphic into your Bentley Hevacomp V8i reports.

Method

To incorporate your company logo, you should prepare a suitable bitmap file (.BMP) called USERLOGO.BMP. This file should not exceed 500x300 pixels. Once created you should copy this file into the Bentley Hevacomp main data folder.

For Version 25 this is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Heva25\Hevadata

For Version 26 this is usually C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp

Please note that you may need to unhide your ProgramData folder

If you are having trouble locating this folder, this article should help.

Method

There is a facility to add your company logo - or any other graphics - into your Bentley Hevacomp V8i reports.

Method

To incorporate your company logo, you should prepare a suitable bitmap file (.BMP) called USERLOGO.BMP. This file can effectively be of any proportions, but the largest dimension (be it width or height) should not be larger than 500 pixels. Saving the image as a '256 Bit Colour Bitmap' is recommended to achieve this.

This file should be copied into the master Hevadata folder of your software installation. Using My Computer or Windows Explorer navigate into your installation folder:

There is a facility to add your company logo - or any other graphics - into your Bentley Hevacomp V8i reports. Click the link below for information on how to do this.

Note that you can add your logo to Design Database, NetSYS, Connect and Nimbus reports. You cannot add your logo to PARTL/SBEM reports.
