Overview

When trying to open a Hevacomp Connect project you may come across the following message:

Explanation

This is not an error in the software. The Security Copy is automatically created
by the software solely for back-up purposes - it is not intended to be the working project file.

Method

To open the project you will navigate to the project folder and click on the green tick. The project folder will usually contain the Security Copy, as below:

Should you wish to use the Security Copy as your working project then copy the contents of the Security copy folder into a new folder and treat the new folder as your connect project.
