Building service design is now frequently carried out using building energy and environmental modelling (BEEM) software, or design simulation software.
BEEM software can produce very different results depending on how the modelling software is used.
The AM 11 document allows the user to examine a number of criteria to aid in their selection of the software that they wish to use.
