A runtime error 11 may occur when attempting to view 3D graphics in Hevacomp Design Database CAD input, particularly:

CAD Input 3D model
Roofs/Floors menu
Components

Method

This error is usually due to out of date Graphics Drivers. Updating to the latest driver set should resolve this.

Either consult your IT support or use the DxDiag diagnostic tool to ascertain your GPU make and model. Once identified, visit the GPU vendors web site and download and install the latest driver version.
